Bridgelux Announces Market Leading Efficacy CoB Offering with 155 Lumens Per Watt Performance!

Bridgelux expands its product offering to include upgraded Vero® Series and V Series family of products with improved efficacy and simultaneously, Bridgelux launches H Series, an ultra-high lumen density COB product line.

LIVERMORE, California, March 13, 2016 — Bridgelux, a leading developer and manufacturer of LED lighting technologies, will debut several new products at this year’s Light + Building in Germany, including its seventh generation of Vero and V Series products now featuring nominal efficacy ranging from 155 to 180 lumens per watt warm white efficacy; H Series, the Company’s first ultra-high lumen density chip-on-board product line, and Xenio™ Point, the industry’s most versatile smart LED module.

Since its initial launch of LED array products, Bridgelux has seen tremendous adoption of its technology, shipping 48 million units into over 50 countries. The Vero Series arrays were the industry’s first chip-on-board products with solder-free connectivity and leading performance to help streamline luminaire production processes and reduce cost. Now with new efficacy advancements, Vero LED arrays will continue to be offered with the industry’s only ten-year limited warranty. Leveraging the Vero platform, the upgraded V Series family will feature Zhaga compatible mounting holes and a five-year limited warranty.

Also new to the Company’s portfolio is H Series, a family of ultra-high lumen density COB products. Designed to replace traditional ceramic metal halide bulbs, H Series arrays feature high center beam candlepower at higher efficacy and twice the lifetime. The product’s exceptional color quality and market leading flux density make it perfect for high intensity and directional spotlights in retail and commercial applications. H Series arrays are available in 80, 90, and 95 CRI color points, and Bridgelux’s ultra-high CRI and GAI offering Décor Series™ Class A.

“We continue to delight our customers with high-quality, competitive products and technologies. Bridgelux is focused on the development of market leading light source solutions as evidenced by this diverse range of new products,” said Aaron Merrill, VP of Product Marketing. “We understand that the LED space is rapidly evolving and Bridgelux continues to be innovative, while maintaining premium quality standards, is critical, and something Bridgelux is succeeding at today.”

H Series arrays and Xenio Point are currently in production and commercially available. Next generation Vero and V Series arrays will ship in June. For more information, come and see us in hall 6.2, booth C20 at Light+Building 2016!
