Bridgelux Showcases Revolutionary Products and LED Design for Future Smart-Building Networks at Strategies in Light 2013

Aaron Merrill, Director of Marketing, will address the value of enhanced LED packaging as a platform for future intelligent lighting systems

SANTA CLARA, CALIF., February 12, 2013 – Bridgelux, a leading developer and manufacturer of LED lighting technologies and solutions, will showcase and demonstrate its premier offerings at the Strategies in Light conference from February 12 -14 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, Calif. In addition to exhibiting, Bridgelux Director of Marketing, Aaron Merrill, will lead a session on “Simplified Connectivity and Higher Flux Density LED Packages” during the LED & Lighting Technology Track on February 14 at 9:30 a.m. at the conference.

Merrill will provide insight into the future of LED lighting as manufacturers embed more functionality in their systems while streamlining the design of driver, thermal and optical solutions. These innovations will lead to applications and features like motion or temperature sensing, architecturally integrated lighting and wireless communication as well as lower prices and better performance.

In addition to showcasing its key products, the company will demonstrate its new VEROTM LED array at booth #730. With its advancements in design flexibility, ease of use and energy efficiency, the Vero product boasts an increase in lumens per watt by up to 20 percent over existing Bridgelux LED arrays.
